Watching her elder sister grow in her work, Tena used to be a quiet and peace-loving girl during her schooling. I followed philosophy with honours at Hindu College but left the course. Then I did footwear designing at FDDI, Noida, and did a course in Yoga teaching and Vastu consulting, but the feeling of incompleteness didn’t leave my back, and I felt disappointed and didn’t find my work convincing. However, one fine day, I received an offer to perform in the videos on Instagram. Therefore, I was excited to work in a new arena. After working on a couple of videos, I gained more interest as I found a hidden quality in me of being expressive and creative in front of the camera.”
Tena and her sister Paayal then launched the Paayal Jain YouTube channel, and the rest is history!
Their channel attracted 1 Million viewers and subscribers in just two years, garnering notice on social media. Tena’s characterization and acting abilities touched everyone’s hearts.
