Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India] October 17: Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel officially launched the online registration for the Gujarat Media Club-BharatKool festival, set to take place at Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, from 14 to 17 November 2024.
The four-day festival will bring together leading artists, writers, intellectuals, and knowledge seekers to explore the profound wisdom of Sanatan Dharma. The event is expected to be a significant gathering, celebrating India’s rich cultural and philosophical heritage.
This first edition of the Gujarat Media Club-BharatKool initiative will focus on the transformative journey of self-discovery, holistic well-being, and cultural immersion in Sanatan Dharma. The festival will highlight the ancient Indian traditions of Bhaav (emotion), Taal (rhythm), and Raaga (melody), offering a platform to delve into the philosophies, practices, and teachings that have shaped India’s cultural legacy for millennia.
“Gujarat Media Club has partnered with BharatKool to bring forth timeless values rooted in Sanatan Dharma, transcending geographical and cultural boundaries,” said Nirnay Kapoor, President of the Gujarat Media Club, in a press statement. “The festival aims to celebrate the Indian value system, offering universal insights for anyone seeking a meaningful life,” added Kapoor.
During the launch event, Chief Minister Patel also unveiled a booklet focused on deepening the understanding of India’s diverse heritage, fostering a greater appreciation of its cultural expressions.
