Harsha Saxena, Founder and Managing Director of IICSR Group
New Delhi (India), August 7: Harsha is the Founder of IICSR Group. She conceptualized and developed the institute in 2010. She started by conducting sessions for the corporates to develop an eco-friendly campus in Goa-India.
IICSR has trained more than 10,000 corporates to date and advised some of the largest publicly listed multinationals in India on ESG, CSR, Sustainability, Human Rights, and Biodiversity. The group has also assisted corporates to implement CSR projects at the PAN India level.
She holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and Management and has worked internationally in the USA and UAE as an entrepreneur and assisted in developing businesses. Additionally, she has been awarded National Social Entrepreneur Fellow (NSEF–2011) and selected as one of the “Top 10 Indian Women Entrepreneurs” by the DELL Women Entrepreneur Network (DWEN–2012). She has been awarded “CSR Visionary of (2012)” by Lakshya Bhartiya Foundation (LBF), “CSR Women Leader(2012)” by the Institute of Public Enterprises (IPE), GIANTS International Award (2013) for committed work in noble services, “Women Excellence in CSR (2014)” by Lala Management Institute – Mumbai, “CSR Author of the Year(2015)” by IndiaCSR, “Top 50 rising star in India(2016)” by Barclays London and We are the city media house, “Super Woman Achiever(2017)” by Femina – India and “Top 40 under 40 Alternate investment Professional(2018)” in India by Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI) and Indian Association of Alternate Investment Funds (IAAIF).
Harsha has authored books on Sustainable CSR (CSR Basics), Global CSR Laws, Extractive Industries and Sustainable Development, among others. She is a poet and has published the book ‘Messages’ and has NFT poetries on Opensea with the album ‘Universal Messages’. She hosts shows and Live interactions with Global changemakers International Corporate and Civic leaders working on Responsible Business leaders and Youth Questions with elected political leaders.
