The platform was founded by a team of seasoned corporate executives, Arindam Majumdar, Founder & MD, Swati Majumdar, Co-Founder & Director, and Rajeev Chakrabarti, Co-Founder & President, whose resolve to build the platform stemmed not from a business plan, but from their own families’ experiences navigating India’s fragmented support system. Years spent finding the right therapist, school or specialist through scattered referrals, recommendations and trial and error made them realise the need for a more connected and accessible platform. That experience became the driving force behind building the platform they once needed but could not find.
For families navigating neurodivergence, finding the right assessment, therapy, school, professional or long-term support can often mean calling around, visiting different centres, navigating WhatsApp groups and relying on word of mouth. Soultrove brings these fragmented resources together on one connected platform, organised around four key life stages: the early developmental years, covering therapy, assessment and healthcare; the school years, spanning education and inclusive schooling; the vocational years, focused on skills, training and job placement; and adulthood, addressing legal and financial planning, future care and assisted living.
Beyond access, Soultrove is designed to help families navigate, make informed decisions and move forward with greater clarity. The platform offers a knowledge hub, appointment management, therapy progress tracking and a marketplace for assistive products, along with community events and peer support. For service providers, including therapists and special educators, Soultrove provides a direct digital channel to connect with families who need their services, while making scheduling and communication simpler and more efficient.

Soultrove is currently piloting in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Kolkata, ahead of a phased national rollout.
