Balotra (Rajasthan) [India], July 4: BOBIS Entertainment Private Limited has successfully executed the public event organised for the inauguration of the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) Project at Pachpadra, Balotra, Rajasthan, where Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji inaugurated the refinery on July 4, 2026.
The event brought together senior government officials, public representatives, industry stakeholders and thousands of citizens, marking a significant milestone for one of India’s largest energy infrastructure projects.
