April 4: On the occasion of Ugadi, Vasavi Club Secunderabad along with Arya Vysya Organizations in Secundrabad has taken step forward in Organizing ” panchanga Shravanam’ at Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parameshwari Temple which is one of the Oldest and Powerful Temple in Telangana informed Subodh Gupta President of Vasavi Club Secundrabad.
On the occasion of Ugadi, Vasavi Club Secunderabad along with Arya Vysya Organizations in Secundrabad has taken step forward in Organizing ” panchanga Shravanam’ at Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parameshwari Temple which is one of the Oldest and Powerful Temple in Telangana.
President of Vasavi Club Secunderabad Chapter VN.Silver * KCGF Cholleti Subodh Gupta told “we have been organizing panchanga Sravanam for the benefits of our members and other members since 1998.
we have been organizing devotional programs, Awareness Programs type of events apart from service activities like Donation camps and Food donations that we organize from Vasavi Club. Our motto is “Serve to Live” to be a change makers in the society for a better world and to make a better place to live in. ”
Sri Devulapalli Pavan Kumar Siddanthi Garu unveiled the ‘Panchangam’ (a Hindu astrological almanac) on the occasion of ‘Ugadi’ festival. The Priest / Siddhanti read out the horoscope for the entire year for every sun sign.
Vn. Silver * KCGF Mashetty Krishna Garu (Past president of Vasavi Clubs Secunderabad Chapter) has been invited as Special Invitee for the Occasion.
Subodh Gupta has also mentioned that this year Vasavi Club Secunderabad Chapter has taken an initiative to empower youth via skill development and installed 3 Computer Training Centres and also to support women empowerment they had setup Sewing Machine training centre’s for housewife’s. Apart from that the chapter members have organized various charity activities like Donation of Almaharas to oldage homes and orphanages in the city aslo donated Two wheelers to Handicapped. Supported School kids for their education in the form of scholarships. He has also mentioned that during this summer we are planning to install Drinking Water Stalls at General Bazar Secunderabad.
Vn.Katta Srinivas Gupta (Project Chairman), VN. KCGF Naveen Majety (General Secretary), VN. KCGF Jagan Potimuthu (Treasurer) have participated on the occasion.
